We have two delightful cottages to choose from where you can come along and enjoy a peaceful stay with us. Both are located within the grounds of the Falls of Dochart Inn.

Falls Cottage - sleeps 6
Falls Cottage is a delightful and quaint self-catering cottage situated in the gardens of the Falls of Dochart Inn hotel. It has 3 double bedrooms, all decorated to high standards. With its own private garden, you can enjoy your very own outdoor space in idyllic surroundings.
The Byre - sleeps 2
Nestled within the gardens of the Falls of Dochart Inn is our quirky little cottage ‘The Byre’. Its stunning location next to the Falls of Dochart makes this a gem of a B&B in the Killin area. Available for B&B it really is the perfect retreat for those wanting to relax in outstanding surroundings.
Tyandrish - sleeps 9
Escape to Tyandrish, a spacious and welcoming five-bedroom holiday home in the picturesque village of Killin, Perthshire. Sleeping up to nine guests, this detached cottage is an ideal choice for families and groups looking to enjoy the spectacular scenery and outdoor adventures of the Scottish Highlands.
Inside, the property combines comfortable living spaces with plenty to keep everyone entertained. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area are perfect for relaxed meals together, while the cosy sitting room and separate snug, complete with a wood-burning stove, provide inviting spaces to unwind after a day exploring. A dedicated games room features table tennis, a home cinema and entertainment facilities, making it a great place for all ages.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private rear garden with decking, patio furniture and a hot tub – perfect for relaxing beneath the Highland skies. Private parking for up to four cars is also provided, and one well-behaved pet is welcome.
